Saturday March 9th — the Nice Work Jazz Combo returns to Caffè Sole for a CD pre-release show featuring material from their forthcoming CD. The NWJC will have its classic line-up with Heidi Schmidt (v), Pete Lewis (s), Jason Malmberg (b), Jerry Weiss (p), Brian Kauffman (d), and special guest Manuel Lopez on congas. Heidi is one of Colorado’s finest jazz singers who honors the tradition of jazz styling and phrasing with a great range and soulful expression. Nice Work’s CD was made possible by a grant from Pathways to Jazz.

Dinner service 6-9, Showtime 7-10. Voluntary cover charge, $12 suggested.
